Nakhon Sawan, Thailand — June 2023.

Khun Amnatnarongdet (Bobby) Kuntawong with his legal associate and Supreme Court ruling conclude the case against Natthaphol Thavornphibun, the owner of Ban Phi Nat military academy school, who was sentenced to death for the fatal unprovoked beating of Khun Thapakorn Sapsin, age 15.

Natthaphol’s wife, Phiraya Phalasaen also was sentenced to death, with her mother Nonglak Phalasaen handed down a sentenced to life imprisonment, for both colluding in the physical abuse.

Khun Bobby, when asked about Pro bono work, replied “as a lawyer, we need to do good for the public and its people. ASAP Law has thrived on the premise of helping others. We always need to act on a platform of integrity and goodness, otherwise this world will be stuck in the dark ages. I want my sons to grow up in a world of fairness, kindness and the consideration for others.”
