Khun Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Law from Payap University in Chiang Mai and a Master's degree from Bangkok Thonburi University (B.T.U). Bobby is dedicated to the belief that every client is unique, and each case requires a tailored approach. His strength lies in carefully listening and accurately interpreting his clients' specific needs and objectives, enabling him to thoroughly review all aspects of each case. With an in-depth understanding of Thai law, Bobby offers personalized solutions that best serve each client.

Bobby and his team are known for their expertise and effectiveness, who fight for their clients’ legal rights, earning a strong reputation as attorneys who diligently advocate for their clients positive outcome. Bobby is particularly renowned for his comprehensive knowledge of current immigration laws, and his acute understanding of business structures, property services and both criminal and civil law.

Laura K. was raised and educated in Sydney and has been residing in Bangkok for the past 25 years. With a degree in communication and crisis management, Laura comes from a distinguished lineage of judges and lawyers. As a successful bilingual business professional, she bridges the gap between Western rationality and Thai sensibilities, bringing a unique perspective to A.S.A.P. Law. Laura’s expertise ensures that clients receive clear, culturally aware, and effective legal solutions.

 

Paul hails from New Zealand and has extensive experience across Asia, having lived and worked in six different countries. Now residing in Bangkok for over 25 years, he has co-founded four alternative businesses and brings a wealth of knowledge in consulting and strategic planning. Paul is responsible for business interests outside of Thailand.
